Boo Hollow is a kid-size Halloween town created from donated playhouses that have been given a second life. Each cottage is transformed into a whimsical shop or home, decorated by volunteers, and stocked with candy and non-candy treasures for trick-or-treaters. It’s a community-built event that combines creativity, fun, and giving back.

No. Boo Hollow is produced by My Enchanted Village, LLC, which is a for-profit community events business. While we are not a nonprofit ourselves, our work is mission-driven — we create imaginative, family-friendly villages that inspire generosity and give back to the community in many ways.
Our outreach has many levels:
Fundraising: Each seasonal village donates a portion of proceeds to a featured local nonprofit.
Spotlighting Nonprofits: Organizations are invited into our Village Marketplace, where families can see their impact and get involved through volunteering, donations, mini sponsorships, or joining their programs.
Sustainability: Old playhouses are rescued from garages, backyards, and landfills, then given a second life as themed cottages.
Community Tradition: Boo Hollow is built by neighbors, for neighbors — every decorated cottage, sponsor, and volunteer helps create a magical Halloween tradition.
Everyday Philanthropy: Our goal is to make it easy — and fun — for anyone to become a philanthropist, whether that’s donating a cottage, sponsoring, volunteering, or simply buying a ticket.
For Boo Hollow 2025, proceeds will benefit The Women’s Adventure Club, a nonprofit dedicated to women’s wellness. Future seasonal villages will highlight and support additional nonprofits.
