Vendor Booth Payment 

Welcome, Approved Vendors! Congratulations on being selected to join My Enchanted Village. This page is for approved vendors to secure their booth for our upcoming event. Please Note: Only vendors who have submitted an application and received official approval should use this page. Payment must be received in full to confirm your spot. Booths are assigned on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Sales Tax Requirements

All vendors are responsible for following Colorado sales tax laws.

  • Vendors must obtain a Colorado Sales Tax License or a Special Event License through the Colorado Department of Revenue if they are selling taxable goods.

  • Each vendor is responsible for collecting and remitting sales tax on their own sales made at Boo Hollow.

  • My Enchanted Village and Tagawa Gardens are not responsible for vendor sales tax reporting or collection.

Food Vendor Requirements

If you plan to sell or sample food at Boo Hollow, please read carefully before purchasing your booth:

  • Vendors are responsible for following Colorado sales tax laws and food safety regulations.

  • You may sell under the Colorado Cottage Foods Act (baked goods, candy, jams, dried herbs, etc.) OR hold the proper retail/temporary food license through Arapahoe County Public Health.

  • All cottage foods must include state-required labeling (producer name/address, product name, ingredients, and disclaimer).

  • No foods requiring refrigeration or hot holding unless you are licensed as a retail food vendor.

  • Samples must be single-serve and handled in a sanitary way (packaged or with gloves/sanitizer).

  • Vendors are responsible for securing the correct permits before the event.
